Our Client is a leading Global company within the field of Medical Supplies. The company has a production facility in the region of Hradec Kralove in the Czech Republic and employs more than 800 staff. 

As Production Manager you will be responsible for one of the three business units in the company and for leading all activities in connection with the production in the factory. You will lead up to 200 staff.

 

• managing the production 
• focus on optimizing operations, processes, efficiency and production quality 
• close cooperation with the headquarters abroad
• elaborating analysis of the current status of production, production planning, and administrative processes tied to the production
• developing and enhancing existing and new, physical as well as administrative, processes connected to the production
• developing qualifications of production staff and management connected to the productions

• completed University Degree – preferably mechanical engineering 
• minimum of three years experience as a Production Manager from the assembly production in an international company, experience of assembly in clean room environment is preferred.
• outstanding coordination and organization skills 
• open, flexible and friendly personality as well as a dynamic attitude is paramount 
• hands-on approach to problem solving and be a first-rate trouble-shooter
• must possess a natural authority and ability to solve conflicts in a constructive manner
• fluent English and Czech language
• excellent PC skills as well as general knowledge of a modern ERP system
