Operations Director
Our Client is a large international company in the service industry. The company has more than 2000 employees in the Czech Republic and more than 100.000 worldwide.
As an Operations Director you will be responsible for the daily running of one of the divisions in the company. Your responsibility covers the allocation of the right resources and manpower to a large number of clients throughout the Czech Republic. You will directly lead around 12 managers and indirectly more than 2000. A large part of the responsibility covers management of logistic issues concerning the allocation of the resources.
Your challenges will be to make the organization more efficient and secure an upgrading of working processes as well as staff qualifications.
We expect from you:
- Management level experience where management of more than 500 staff preferably in different locations.
- University degree preferably in management and logistics
- Experience of rationalization, streamlining and project management
- Experience from introduction of lean processes
- Leadership skills
- A high standard of English and Czech
