Our client is a leading northern European consulting firm with a strong specialization in restructuring of companies as well as lean and efficiency consultancy. The company serves clients all over Europe and is currently looking for consultants to join their team. The initial involvement will be on projects in Poland and Russia.

As Consultant you will be part of a consultancy team or team leader in parts of the project your team will carry out. You will be involved in projects focusing on the client’s Management Excellence and will map their current operating models and leadership capabilities.

You will work on projects evaluating the efficiency of use of production equipment and will help the clients to improve their productivity. The processes will not only focus on production but may also involve elaboration of improved models for the client’s business processes from customer service through production and onto delivery.

Some projects will include assessment of the client’s quality systems and waste reduction systems. Other projects may cover the procurement and supply chain management activities in the client companies.

You will be a part of an international team of consultants and will likely work together with at least three other nationalities on the project. Your team colleagues will all have a background as either production managers, quality managers or general managers of production companies, or they may have excelled in the role of consultants for many years.

You will have a university degree from an technical university with a focus on production management. You will have a range of qualification courses, that keeps you up-to-date on the latest trends in production management and lean or general management. You have +10 years of senior executive experience from international companies and will enjoy to be involved in improving the performance of a company. You may even have reached the retirement age and want to use your long-time expertise and experience to the benefit of companies.

Personality Profile: You must be ready to work independently with your tasks as well as be ready to work closely as a team member of the consulting team. You must have excellent communication skills as you need to work closely with all levels of employees in client companies in order to secure the right gathering of data. You will be analytic and enjoy creating creative and efficient systems and processes. You have a creative mindset and must be able to keep a holistic view, though also be ready to engage yourself in details.

Language Ability: You must speak fluent English and Polish (for projects in Poland) and for projects abroad, fluency in the local language is is required.
